Since 1987, Eastern Sun Yoga Studio has provided instruction in classical yoga, adhering to the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar. The approach is vigorous and precise and focuses on the balance between strength and flexibility. Practice develops body awareness, balance and concentration, while improving physical and mental well-being.
Yoga for Beginners Classes This 7-week series of classes, from July 15 - Sept 4, introduces the basics of yoga. These classes are specifically designed to meet the needs of beginning students. The classes will introduce students to the principles of the postures and will build a foundation of understanding for a continuing practice.
We are happy to offer two class meeting times for you to choose from, Wednesday evenings at 6:00, and Thursday mornings at 10:45. Eastern
